Where can I find my table assignment?

A table seating chart has been placed near the Check-In table. If you do not know your table number, please visit someone at the Check-In table.

Where is my table?

If you need assistance with finding your table, one of your hospitality team members can point you in the right direction.

You can find WiFi network and password information throughout the building on signs and at the Check-In table. 

I checked in and received a text message but why can’t I access my table number information, my bidder number, or the Silent Auction when I clicked on the link in the text message?

Guests’ table numbers are displayed at the entrance. If you are not listed on the seating chart, you may return to check-in to obtain a table assignment. If you are having problems with your account, you may need to set up an account using your email and a password.

Check-Out FAQs 

Where do I go to check-out?

Check-out is located at the back of the room near the Silent Auction.

An item that I purchased does not appear on my invoice. What do I do about that?

One of our volunteers at the Check-Out table can help you with adding the item.

 

I want to split my payment. Will I be able to do that?

Yes, you may split your payment. One of our volunteers at the Check-Out table can help with that.

 

I won a Live Auction item in addition to my other items. Where do I pay for it and get information about it?

All items may be paid for at the Check-Out table located at the back of the room near the silent auction.

I won a large item but I can’t take it home with me now?  What do I do?

Guests must pick up their items tonight night because the venue will not hold the item for you. Otherwise, you must make arrangements with someone to remove the item from the premises on your behalf.
