Mission

The Mission of Ollie's Place is to appropriately address various issues of divorce and custody so that parents and their children can adjust and to equip them with skills that allow for optimal progress in their lives.

Services Offered

  • Court Ordered Supervised Access - Parents will visit their children in a therapeutically interactive and physically safe environment supervised by a licensed professional (LPC, LMSW, LCSW). The facility will ensure child safety through direct supervision, providing added security systems, and paid law enforcement on site. Visitation must be court ordered by Ellis County Family Courts.

  • Co-Parenting Classes - Coming Soon! Classes designed to equip parents with the individual and cooperative skills needed to effectively transition to separation parenting lifestyles. Parenting class curriculum, “High Conflict Solutions”, has been developed by the National Center for Divorce Education.

  • Specialized Adult Counseling - Individualized counseling sessions are designed to address the specific need of individual parents in their own unique circumstances to improve outcomes.

OLLIE’S PLACE is a “living” memorial to the tragic death of Ollie Wiedemann, born February 15, 2013, at the hands of his mother, who then immediately took her own life, on August 23, 2019.
